CWS started trading back in 1998 and before that we served our time at one of the North West’s biggest engineering companies.
We started out manufacturing gates and railings for many customers, but to date we have manufactured thousands of different projects for both domestic and commercial clients. Our work is mainly in the North West of England, but we have traveled as far as London, Anglesey, the Lake District, and even France.
Our fabrication work covers many different types of projects, from standard drive gates to very elaborate ornate drive gates, pedestrian gates, electric sliding and swing gates, walk-on balconies, Juliet balconies, interior and exterior stair rails and balustrades, security gates, security door and window grilles, security barriers and bollards, handrails, wheelchair ramps, structural steel work and much more.
We have a wide variety of customers, including Breweries, Building Developers, Set Designers, Hotel Chains, Architects, Gymnasiums, Golf Courses, Shopfitters, Schools, Caravan Parks, Council Work, Nursing Homes….and many, many more.
Up to 2004 we mainly supplied customers in Southport and all surrounding areas; Banks, Hesketh Banks, Tarleton, Chorley, Preston, Formby, Crosby, Liverpool, but are now supplying customers up and down the country. We are fast becoming recognised for our quality, reliability and customer satisfaction, not only in wrought iron work but also in welding and steel fabrication.
